Welcome to HSBF
Welcome to Hyderabad School of Banking & Finance (HSBF), where we are dedicated to making strides in the financial sector while enriching our community. Established in July 2023, HSBF, our educational institution and a social enterprise is driven by a passion for empowering the youth and bridging the staffing gap in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. We are aligned with the visionary goals of Skill India set forth by the Government of India.
Our founding members, comprising seasoned professionals from the banking domain, recognized a critical need for well-trained frontline staff in the BFSI sector. These individuals are vital in guiding clients and upholding regulatory standards. However, inadequate training leads to unstable staffing, affecting both institutions and aspiring professionals. By addressing this gap, we aim to empower our community with skilled individuals ready to serve and contribute positively to the financial sector's growth.
At HSBF, we are committed to addressing these challenges by providing comprehensive training programs tailored to the unique needs of the BFSI sector. We strive to enhance job preparedness, thus empowering employees to navigate their career paths with confidence.
