V. Ramakrishna

Mr. V Ramakrishna, Founder and CEO of Hyderabad School of Banking & Finance (HSBF), brings over three decades of diverse experience. Initially excelling in consumer durables and FMCG, he transitioned to banking, holding strategic roles for over 24 years at a leading Private Bank.

From 2003-2013: At its Corporate Office, he focused on retail banking strategy, product development, and centralising NRI operations.
From 2013-2020: Served as Circle Head for Andhra Pradesh, expanding the bank's network and capturing a higher market share.
From 2021-2023: Elevated as Regional Branch Banking Head for North-3 geography, driving high growth in assets and deposits.

As the driving force behind HSBF, his expertise and passion foster a thriving ecosystem of skilled professionals in banking and finance, promoting excellence and holistic growth.

V. Pavan Kumar

Mr. V Pavan Kumar brings over three decades of illustrious experience in retail banking and government/institutional business segments to his distinguished career. Having served at three leading private-sector banks across India, he has established himself as a seasoned expert in the field.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in leading large teams across complex operational functions and scaling up critical processes. His mentorship of young staff members has consistently resulted in surpassing organisational expectations.

A defining moment in his career came in the year 2000 when he played a pivotal role in establishing the commercial tax collections solution for the unified state of Andhra Pradesh. This groundbreaking project set the standard for guidelines, process diligence, and essential technology interventions to seamlessly integrate banking-government systems.

V. Radha

Ms. V Radha brings a wealth of expertise to HSBF, with her background in Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Her qualifications, including an M.Phil in Psychology, make her a valuable asset to both the institution and its students/trainees. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Ms. Radha provides counselling services to students, trainees, faculty, and staff members. Her expertise in psychotherapy, particularly CBT, proves instrumental in supporting individuals dealing with psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management.

One of her key roles is to ensure that HSBF selects the right students for the right courses through Psychometric Assessments. These assessments help identify students' strengths, weaknesses, interests, and aptitudes, allowing the institute to make more informed decisions during the admission process. Her diverse skill set benefits the institution and its students/trainees by guiding admission processes and fostering a conducive learning environment.

Gowri Kamath

Ms Gowri Kamath, with a career spanning over two decades in retail banking, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Having worked with two of India's leading private sector banks, she has honed her skills in various facets of the banking industry.

Her expertise lies in branch banking operations, sales, and relationship management, particularly within the NRI/HNI segment. During her successful career, she has led large teams from Branch Banking, state-level Relationship Management, and Government Business. She firmly believes that HSBF plays a crucial role in nurturing young talent within the BFSI sector. Through her leadership, she aims to create a profound and lasting socio-economic impact by empowering aspiring individuals and shaping the future of the industry.
